Customer Agreement

1. Subject of the agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations regarding digital products purchased by the customer through MyAccountsBuy.

2. Seller and platform

Listings are published by registered sellers. The Platform acts as an intermediary that provides the infrastructure and holds the payment until delivery is completed.

3. Order and delivery

Delivery is made instantly from stock after the order is completed.
Purchased account details are available on the My Orders page.
The customer is responsible for checking the delivered product immediately after purchase.

4. Price and payment

Order totals are collected from the balance in your account. Balance is loaded in advance through the supported cryptocurrency payment providers. Network fees charged by the payment provider are not covered by the Platform.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered instantly and to services performed immediately. For this reason, delivered account details cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind.

6. Replacement and refund

If the delivered product does not work at the time of delivery, you must open a support ticket within the guarantee period stated in the listing.
Requests found to be justified are resolved with a replacement product or a refund to your balance.
Faults arising from changing the password, e-mail or security settings of the account are outside the guarantee.
Requests made after the guarantee period stated in the listing cannot be accepted.

7. Customer obligations

Not to use purchased products for unlawful purposes.
Not to share order details with third parties.
Not to initiate a chargeback before completing the dispute process.

8. Dispute resolution

Please open a support ticket first for any issue related to your order. If no result is achieved, you can reach us through the contact channels below.

9. Personal data

Your e-mail address and transaction records are processed only for the purposes of providing the service, fulfilling legal obligations and preventing fraud, and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

10. Acceptance

By completing an order you are deemed to have read and accepted this agreement together with the Terms of Use.
